PROJECT PROFILE:
Project Title : Parallel AES Encryption engines for many core processor Arrays
Duration: 3Months Team Size: 5 Members Role:Team Leader
Description: The Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) has been lately accepted by
NIST as the symmetric key standard for encryption and decryption of blocks of
data. In encryption, the AES accepts a plaintext input, which is limited to 128 bits
to generate the ciphertext.By exploring different granularities of data-level and
task-level parallelism, we map 16 implementations of an Advanced Encryption
Standard (AES) cipher on a field programmable gate array system. The proposed
design has occupied less area and small delay.
