Dear Sir or Madame,
The Good Business Girls are planning The Celebration of Life: Charity
Dinner and Auction to raise hope and funds for the good people of Haiti in
light of the recent tragedy that has fallen upon their already poverty-stricken
country. The dinner will take place on February 21, 2010 at 6 pm in the
Eagan Center main ballroom. In order to assist them with this catastrophic
disaster we have set a goal to raise $50,000 for the Haitian Relief Fund.
During this event, our guests will be treated to traditional Haitian cuisine
and music, a live auction, and South-American dance.
We invite your company to show Anchorage your caring side and become a
sponsor for this charitable event, either through donating an auction item or
by showing your support by purchasing a prime advertising spot on our stage
or ballroom walls. Your company may also choose to sponsor the event by
purchasing a table (10 seats) for delegates from your company to occupy
during the event.
