A student and athlete who excelled during his years as a Noble and Greenough high school student,
Benjamin Knott currently attends Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina. In addition to his
scholastic pursuits in the fields of Business Administration and Sport Management, Mr. Knott is also a
member of Furman’s club baseball team.
Founded in 1826, Furman University is one of the oldest academic institutions in the state of South
Carolina. The University’s 750-acre campus features a 500,000-volume school library, an Asian garden,
an 18-hole golf course, and a realistic replica of Henry David Thoreau's cabin. Of course, Furman
