Buy a RetroPie starter Kit online, will have RetroPie with Noobs
on Micro SD card.
Just insert, boot, and follow Noobs setup

46. Useful Menu Tips
On “blue” configure menus, can use gamepad
Press up and down on D-pad to scroll through
menu options
Press left and right on D-pad to scroll bottom
options (Ok, Cancel, Exit, Help)
Press A to select (same as pressing enter!)
OR just use a keyboard!
