Online Recruitment System
This is web based application that is build with PHP, CakePHP and JQuery. Organizations
can create jobs in the system and system will inform candidates matching required skills,
experience and academic record, about the job job(s).
Candidates have to take an online test. Test experts are there to create questions for specific
fields (like C++, web, Maths, Biology ) and with options containing one right option. Based
on job requirements system generates test accordingly. Candidates with higher test results
are called by organization for interviews and final selections. Candidates are informed about
their applied jobs through dashboards in the system.
