Who We Are
bChannels is a specialist in the development and optimization of routes to market and
channel engagement process for global technology companies. Our team of
consultants work with channel leaders in the world’s largest technology businesses to
develop effective channel strategy and process. We have people based in North
America, Europe and Asia.
Who We Work With
bChannels works with clients in every technology sector including Telco (with Cisco,
Avaya and Alcatel-Lucent), Hardware (with Samsung, LG and Lenovo) and Software
(with Symantec, VMware and SAP). Intel is our largest client.
Face to Face Partner Training
We offer a network of professional
trainers across Europe who deliver
consistent quality marketing training to
partners face to face. We are currently
delivering a range of course content for
clients, including:
   Marketing Fundamentals: Getting the
    basics right. A two-day course that
    provides attendees with a solid
    grounding in the fundamental
    techniques.
   Event Marketing: Organising and
    running effective events. A course designed for marketing specialists using vendor
    funds to run events to generate leads.
   Web Marketing: A specialist course for those looking to extent their use of on line
    marketing tools to drive awareness and to increase sales.
Our trainers work in local language and are based in the countries in which they train,
so they have local channel knowledge. They are experienced marketeers with first-
hand knowledge of the challenges associated with marketing in the channel.
End to End Solution
For some clients we not only deliver the training, but we manage the attendee booking
process, refund of expenses (where relevant) and gathering of feedback. We have a
library of content that can be customised to the needs of each client to cut down
course development time.
Single Point of Contact
We provide a single point of contact to project manage European training delivery.
This means that our client deals with one person who organises delivery of local
courses across the region. Our trainers work with stakeholders in local client offices to
brief and agree the training curriculum, and to manage course attendance.
