Tata Salt was preferred for consistently delivering pure and healthy products at a high quality and low price. Dettol was preferred as a product for the whole family that effectively cleans wounds and houses. Surf Excel was preferred for its stain removing power, powerful cleaning, and good fragrance. Colgate was preferred for oral hygiene products like toothpaste, and doctors appearing in ads made it seem more trustworthy.
