3. First step
• We separate 4 egg yolks and then we
put them into the mixer

4. Second step
• We grate the peel of
three oranges and
then we add the zest
to the mixer for
flavour

5. Third step
• We squeeze the
oranges and put the
orange juice in the
mixer

6. Fourth step
• We put 500gr of flour
in the mixer and 1⅓
cup of butter

7. Fifth step
• We add 2 cups of sugar

8. Sixth step
• Just wait an hour

9. The result!
• Just ENJOY!!
