  4. 4. ORGANIC LIFE <ul><li>Organizations' &quot;culture&quot; is defined by a hunger for change and it has mastered the ability to quickly embrace change. </li></ul><ul><li>Organizations must adopt More variety and more experimentation in there Business. </li></ul>
  5. 5. AGILITY <ul><li>Agility is also a big factor, companies that can tailor their product or service offering to exactly what their client/industry needs and being able to make fast decisions about changes and new opportunities in the market are likely to succeed </li></ul>
  6. 6. DEMOCRACY <ul><li>There will be a different kind of activism and leaders may be held accountable by the ones they &quot;govern&quot;. There is the right to dissent, may be even the obligation </li></ul>

FAITH <ul><li>Clear Mission of organization will be key driver for survival of organization. </li></ul><ul><li>Organization must have a realistic commitment to achieve its Mission objective, and this commitment must be incorporated into it's offerings and operations. </li></ul><ul><li>Organizations performing activities which is not aligned with there mission will not be able to survive. </li></ul>
