3. DO YOU DESIRE TO WALK IN FAVOR?
WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE IN A PLACE
WHERE THE DEVIL HAS NO ACCESS
TO YOU? THERE IS A PLACE IN GOD
WERE HELL CANNOT GET TO YOU.
THIS PLACE CAN ONLY BE FOUND
WHEN YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT
POSITION AND STANDING WITH THE
RIGHT POSTURE!

4. POSITION IS IMPORTANT
 God couldn’t open heaven and bring a fresh
outpouring of rain because there was not a
man in position to till the soil
 . The bible says that God released a mist on
the earth; enough to keep the earth supplied
to survive… not enough to flourish.
 The mist is the first stage of God’s presence.
We can live a long time with the mist, but the
mist will only maintain our lives. Many
Christians are living on the mist of their
salvation.

5. THE IMPORTANCE OF THE PLACE
 THE PRINCIPLE OF DIVINE PLACEMENT
Genesis 2:8 The LORD God planted a garden
eastward in Eden, and there He put the man
whom He had formed.
Planted = to plant, fasten, fix, establish
 Put = to put, place, set, appoint
 Genesis 2:15 Then the LORD God took the
man and put him in the garden of Eden to
tend and keep it.
 God will not bless you just anywhere you go.

6. GOD MADE PLACES BEFORE
HE MADE PEOPLE.
 1. God planted the Place.
 2. God put man in the Place.
 3. God gave the man purpose in the Place.
 THE PLACE FOR US IS A PREAPPOINTED PLACE
 Jeremiah 1:5 “Before I formed you in the womb I
knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I
ordained you a prophet to the nations.”
 Your success is linked to a place: the place where
God assigns you. How you get there may be
another story.
 We are chosen generation, born at a specific time
for a specific place for a specific purpose.

7. ACTS 2:1-4
WHEN THE DAY OF PENTECOST
HAD FULLY COME, THEY WERE
ALL WITH ONE ACCORD IN ONE
PLACE.2 AND SUDDENLY THERE
CAME A SOUND FROM HEAVEN,
AS OF A RUSHING MIGHTY
WIND, AND IT FILLED THE
WHOLE HOUSE WHERE THEY
WERE SITTING.

8. BECAUSE THERE WAS NO ONE TO TILL
THE LAND, OR WORK FOR THE GROWTH
INTENDED, HOWEVER GOD HAD A PLAN,
THE CREATION OF MAN. UNTIL MAN
WAS CREATED, AND WAS ABLE TO TAKE
CARE OF THE EARTH, THERE WAS A
MIST THAT CAME UP FROM THE
GROUND, JUST ENOUGH TO SATISFY,
OR KEEP ALIVE THE CREATION. MY
QUESTION TO YOU TODAY IS, ARE YOU
STILL SURVIVING ON A SPIRITUAL
MIST? JUST ENOUGH TO KEEP YOU
ALIVE, JUST ENOUGH TO KEEP YOU
THROUGH THE DAY?

9. THE MIST IS THE FIRST
STAGE OF GOD’S
PRESENCE. WE CAN LIVE A
LONG TIME WITH THE MIST,
BUT THE MIST WILL ONLY
MAINTAIN OUR LIVES.
MANY CHRISTIANS ARE
LIVING ON THE MIST OF
THEIR SALVATION.

10. THE MIST DOESN’T PRODUCE
INCREASE!
A favored life can’t live
on a mist; it needs an
outpouring….

11. IF GOD HAS BEEN DOING
WHAT HE’S BEEN DOING IN
YOUR LIFE WITH MIST,
WHAT COULD YOU BE
WALKING IN IF YOU EVER
GOT IN THE POSITION FOR
AN OUTPOURING?

12. ONCE YOU GET IN THE
RIGHT POSITION, YOU CAN
TELL GOD
Now,
Send the Rain!

13. SO WHEN WE PRAY "GOD
SEND THE RAIN" BE
PREPARED TO LABOR
FOR HIM, HE WON’T
SEND IT IF THERE IS NO
ONE TO TILL THE LAND.

14. SAY, "OK GOD SEND THE RAIN
NOW", BUT WHEN A CHILD OF GOD
WILL SPEND TIME IN PRAYER,
EVEN WHEN THEY DON’T FEEL
LIKE IT, WHEN A CHILD OF GOD
WILL READ THE WORD, EVEN
WHEN THEY DON’T FEEL LIKE IT,
WHEN A CHILD OF GOD WILL
WORSHIP, EVEN WHEN THEY
DON’T FEEL LIKE IT, THAT TELLS
GOD IT’S OK TO SEND THE RAIN.

15. HOW DO WE GET SPIRITUAL
RAIN?
 I.Pray Until You Feel The Drops
 II. Never Accept Anything As Final
 III. Keep Going Until You See it
 IV. Don't Be Surprised If It Is A Big Rain
 Your posture in God’s presence will
determine if you get God’s attention!
 Important Postures Include: Posture of
faith… Posture of love… Posture of
loyalty… Posture of kindness… Posture of
sowing seed… Posture of tithing… Posture
of faithfulness!
