doctor you trust. A good pediatrician should not only be able to ensure your child gets all the right
vaccinations but also notice any other problems or issues. Colds, fevers and ear infections are all
minor health problems that many children suffer from but it is important to treat these with the
right medicine if necessary. You should do your best to keep your kids away from people who are
ill and if your child is ill keep them away from other children.
You can assist your children in getting into the habit of doing physical activities by just planning to
do some healthy and outdoor activities with the whole family. Rather than spending family time in
front of the TV, why not take a walk after dinner? You should include activities such as swimming,
hiking and cycling when you go on vacation. For both the adults and children in your family this

Learning proper personal hygiene is one of the most important traits to pass on to your children
that will help keep them healthy the rest of their lives. A simple habit like washing your hands with
soap and water can prevent you from catching many infections and diseases. Kids often have to
be reminded of this, so don't hesitate to repeat it until it's drilled into them. Showering on a daily
