Angelica Bernal is a second semester student who fears loneliness. She believes it is important to identify our fears so we can work to overcome them. While alone time can be useful for reflection, she does not like being alone and feels people seek companionship. However, being with others just to avoid loneliness can lead relationships to fail if the loneliness is not otherwise addressed. Some people even feel alone while surrounded by family.

We are all afraid of something, which in turn are obstacles that are preventing us
from growth and progress. It is important to identify which are, as a first step to
overcoming them.
But also become excuses and fears that, sometimes, we play an important role in
our life.
My fear is the loneliness because I do not support to be alone. Since we are born
we are accompanied and do not be because the people seek to be so much alone,
it is true that alone we can do things, but when we are accompanied we can do
many things more. With this I do not want to say that we have to always be alone,
since also it is necessary from the loneliness to think the things and speak with
goo. I think that a pair not always is good to avoid being alone, since many persons
do it for fear of the same loneliness and when this spends the relations they are
destined for the failure. In cases there are persons who are with his wife and
children, surrounded by an affectionate family and he feels very alone.
