Suttle-Straus held an open house September 12, 2008. We sent out a series of teaser invitations in the mail
then followed up with emails relating back to the invite one week later. This was a six week plan (three invites,
three emails). The final email contained a link to our registration site.

Here, attendees registered for the event, training sessions, and provided us some information which we used in our
variable data session to illustrate the power of variable data printing. We also held a drawing for a hot air balloon
ride for two. We sent out an email to announce the winner of the drawing and thank attendees for coming.

to our email list of clients to let them know about the upcoming sessions. The graphics matched the mailing
that went out and coordinated with the materials of the year’s sessions.
