Technology has been a lifelong passion of mine, it fascinated me from a young age and I aways believed it to be an enabler of positive progress in our communities, government services and business. I followed my passion for software by studying Computer Engineering at UNSW, graduating in 1999 with a first class honours. I began my working career in commercial R&D Telstra Research Laboratories, contributing to the development of an on-demand multi-channel contact centre, almost a decade before cloud was a fashionable trend (launched as http://contivio.com).
