             Review Historical
• By means of the Law 38 of 1968 the Technical Institute was created Diego Luis
  Córdoba like honoring in memory of one of the most illustrious prominent figures of
  the Department of Hit, the one who was a defender of the rights of the negritude
  and especially for the education to all the levels as a strategy of social ascent. In
  March, 1972 the Technical Institute initiated activities with 203 pupils who
  registered in six (6) programs like that: Master in Languages, Mathematics, Physics,
  Social Sciences and Economy, Chemistry and Biology, Psico pedagogy, Educational
  Administration and Technology in Administration of Companies .By means of the
  Law 7 of 1975 there changed the name of Technical Institute for that of the
  Technological University of Diego Luis Córdoba  Shocked - UTCH, situation that
  allowed him to open new spaces in the exposition of new programs in the field of
  the top education. For 1984, the University was possessing a total of 1345 pupils
  and new programs as Agricultural, Fishing Technology, Civil Works, of Mines and the
  Master in Social Work.
The Technological University of Hit "Diego Luis Córdoba" will form
human competitive talent compromised with the excellence for the
development of the life, with high capacity, social, and cultural of
leadership scientific, technological, orientated to the knowledge,
managing, utilization and conservation of the diversity ecosistéma
and cultural, to contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of
the inhabitants of it hit bio geográfico and of the country   .



To satisfy educational needs of the communities, reaching the
competitiveness and supporting the educational leadership of the
University and of his study plans in quality, quotas and services to
                              student.


 To obtain the patrimonial and financial sustainability, achieving
balance pre supuestal, growth and institutional liquidity. To develop
the human talent, to improve the educational quality and
