28. 3)Maintenance Phase
Recall after one week to check the
appliances .
Periodic follow up every 2weeks for
Reinforcement of OHI.
Topical fluoride application every 3 months
Follow up of restorations .
Detection & restoration of any carious lesions.
Band and loop SM post pounded until check the
integrity of pulpectomy and SSC >> BECAUSE
#75 ,#85 was very mobile due to infection .
Anticipatory guidance
29. Nance space maintainer was inserted to maintain
space for eruption of incisors ,canine and
premolar.
Check integrity of all restorations.
Insert band and loop SM .
Check any new lesions or any defect in restoration.
Check space maintainer appliances.
Check occlusion development.
30. SM will be removed
after eruption of
permanent first
molars, canine and
premolars.
Detect any abnormal
sequence of eruption
of all the permanent
