3. “ Hey, AIESEC BH!
The movie is just at the beginning and you have the opportunity to adapt the scenes
and screenplay to give the spectators a happy ending. Are you ready to do it? Start
thinking what you want at the end of the year for you and for @BH. Then plan how
you can achieve these goals. It seems easy and could be easy if you join this adventure
looking for a striking experience!
We of Ocâmera Ação have prepared this spectacle for all @BH but we need your
help to act and show how your light is! Come with us and let the show begins!

4. W e think we are a team.
Our cast has one director, seven
co-directors, one producer, four
co-producers and an amazing
presenter. We’ve worked hard in
the last two months hoping that
the final movie editing would
enjoy all spectators…
We’ve made coaches, meetings,
exchanged lots of e-mails… But it
seems like is something missing…
Oh, yeah! Our team is not
completed without the most
important people in AIESECwood:
the staring members! Now we
really are a team!
5. P lan 2011 is the chance all @BH members have to think about where we wanna
go and how to get there. We are privileged having an LC where all members can give
some inputs, mapping strategies and decide the better ways of achieve the goals! We
all develop together!
We had some Working Groups, Learning Circles, Traineeships… We thought about
2010, envisioned 2011 and idealized 2015. But now it’s time to really start 2011 and
impact some (or a lot of) lives!
Planning is like a movie: can be funny if we want it to be, has some moments of
adventure, suspense and maybe thriller… When we are the actors, it’s more
involving: we’re at the focus, we’re part of the scene. It’s not about just the
screenplay, it’s about all of the scenes… As a movie, planning can have a happy
ending. Now, @BH 2011’s happy ending depends on you!

Hollywood star venue:
Pools, courts, Restaurants, Inn, everything to
make your stay a delightful weekend!

8. Location and how to get:
SESC Contagem is located 21km away from BH.
Rua Padre José Maria de Mam, 805, Novo Riacho, Contagem, MG
Suggestion:
Take Av. Amazonas and BR 381 (map on the following page)
Transportation
Unfortunately there’s no way to land your private jet at SESC.
So you can get a ride with our generous drivers! Check the spreadsheet out available in
Forum BH until friday!

Accomodation
-Triple rooms;
- SESC will provide bed clothes and towel.
What to take with you
-Your own mug (caneca) ;
- Comfortable clothes and a costume for the party (see the following pages);
- Cash to pay lunch (see the following page);
- Swim wear (Yes! We have a pool! We are going to start the Opening Plenary later in the Sunday
morning, you can wake up to take a lovely morning bath!) .
11. Food
Fee includes coffee breaks, dinner, and party foods and drinks. There’s a great self-service
restaurant where we can all have lunch at a very good price.
Lunches are NOT included! Make sure you’ll bring an reasonable amount of money to
pay your own lunch, the OC has negotiate a friendly price with the SESC’s restaurant
(about R$19,00 kg).
Costs and Fees
- Members, Alumni, Trainees from Saturday morning until Sunday: R$32,00.
- Members, Alumni, Trainees from Saturday night (after afternoon break) until Sunday:
R$27,00.
- Members, Alumni and Trainees who’ll just go to the party and sleep at SESC: call the
OC AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Don’t forget cash to pay your lunches!

13. F inally we hope that all @BH members will enjoy this incredible experience.
Planning doesn’t end at the final of the scheduling of the operational actions. Planning
involves monitoring, like a movie that’s been filmed at a set. If a scene doesn’t look
good, you must rearrange the actors, the light, the costume, the makeup, the song,
the effects or something else and shoot it again… And then again… At the end, if the
movie become a blockbuster and be hailed by critics you feel the glory of been a
good planner!
