Squads gather to conduct an after action review during squad

Third Platoon has been diligently working on team level and squad
level training for the past few months. Our soldiers have been
conducting training at temperatures beyond 30 degrees below
zero. Training in this extreme environment has enabled us to
become more knowledgeable and successful Arctic warriors.
Since our last newsletter, both Christopher McNamara and Cayce
Watson have been promoted to staff sergeant. Colin Gregory and
Tyler Parton were laterally promoted to Corporal. These two
individuals showed outstanding leadership ability and great
passion for what they do. Currently the platoon is awaiting the
arrival of two babies; SPC Korey and Tess Adams will be having a
boy around 6 January, and LT William and Catherine France are
