The Alberta Environmental Network (AEN) is a non-profit, non-partisan organization dedicated to preserving and protecting Alberta's environment. The AEN's purpose is to facilitate communication, networking, and the sharing of information and resources among member groups and partners in order to help them achieve shared environmental protection goals. AEN facilitates member group meetings and the participation of member groups in meetings and consultation with government, industry, or other agencies. AEN also promotes awareness of environmental issues, initiatives, events, employment and volunteer opportunities to the public.
