Physician with a Master of Science degree in Health Systems and Public Policy from The University of Edinburgh (supported by the UK Government’s Chevening Scholarship Programme). Has seven years of continuous experience in health policy work that includes engagements with the Philippines’ Department of Health (Office of the Secretary), USAID Philippines’ Health Policy Development Program and the WHO Regional Office for the Western Pacific. Also has training in Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology.
