Ace wins major contract for Thames Gateway | Leeds Manufacturing
Ace Engineers(Morley) Ltdhasbeentradingsince 1946. Initiallythe company focusedon

a manufacturingcompany producingall typesof coveredsolutionsandsheltersfora

The last fewyearshave beendifficultforAce Engineeringhoweverduringthattime they
have takenthe opportunity,workingwithmanufacturingspecialistAbigail Levinof Chrysalis
TransformLtd and theirseniorteam toreduce theircosts,cross traintheiremployeesand
alwayslookingtosell anddelighttheircustomers.
The big breakhappenedthisyear.After12monthsworking withVolkerFitzpatrick Neil
Tappin,the SalesDirectorisdelightedtoannounce thatAce Engineershave wonamajor
contract to supplya 255mtr coveredwalkwayonthe prestigiousLondonGatewayproject
undertakenbyDPWorld.

much largerSheltermanufacturingcompaniesandwe are proudto be involvedinthis
excitingnewprojectforthe UK. The port isto be the largestinEurope andthe complete
buildplanof the site is10 years. We are veryhopeful thatonce we successfullycomplete
thisinitial projectitmayleadtootherprojectson the site for othertypesof shelters.
We have workedcloselywithourcustomerandtheirclienttodesignand produce a product
that isaestheticallypleasingandalsoanswersall of the particularissuesthrownupbyits
proximitytothe saltwaterenvironment.
