As Usability lead Engineer, I am working in the direction of enhancing these products across platforms (Oscilloscopes Computers & Mobiles. My tools of trade are Usability Evaluation, Cognitive & Pluralistic Walkthroughs, UX Designing. Heuristic Evaluation, User Profiling, Task Profiling, Environment Profiling, Information Architecture and others. Off late I have discovered Pencil Project, a fantastic open source prototyping tool. It has redefined UI prototyping for me.
