Saudi Arabian government will provide green cards to foreign investors and highly qualified experts among expats.
Green Card Capital proposes The Kingdom to reap economic benefits generated by investors willing to invest and relocate to Saudi by creating direct and indirect jobs by Saudi Green card Program SANIV.
The Saudi green card will also allow foreigners to own property and undertake business activities in the Gulf kingdom. SANIV may be converted to a permanent Green Card after two years of successful business operation and creation of local jobs.

10,000 SANIV Visas offered each year
The limits are calculated each fiscal year depending on the total number
of employment-based visas available. No more than 7 percent of the
visas may be issued to natives of any one independent country in a fiscal
year. The per-country limit does not indicate, however, that a country is
entitled to the maximum number of visas each year, just that it cannot
receive more than that number.

Abbas Hashmi, who is an investment banker and involved in the EB-5
program, reveals that it has contributed to growth in many communi-
ties acrossthe country, so the Senate’s decision to continue the EB-5
is not surprising. Hashmi shares that the changes to the program will
make it more attractive to communities because it will be tied to the
consumer price index (CPI) starting in 2015. He explains that the goal
of this investment program is to help local economies grow in the
United States by boosting job creation…
Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) recently indicted Illinois based Anshoo
Sethi for misleading about 250 Chinese investors by using the promise of EB-5 visas
to sell $145 million in securities to finance a hotel-cum-conference center that had
not yet received the necessary project clearances. This makes the task of legitimate
immigration consultants like Abbas Hashmi, and his firm, Long Island based Green
Card Capital, that much tougher. “Black Box investments with the promise of high
returns where little is known about the people or the project where the money is
going, is something we steer our clients away from.” The firm’s website also has a
section on EB-5 fraud listing the various scams to educate potential EB-5 applicants.
I believe when you want expand internationally you need to have true
global partners or local alliances who understand the market and are
accustomed to compliance, market space and customer expectations,
- Abbas Hashmi speaking to The Washington Times
Hashmi “truly understands all the different markets”. The fact that he understands
them all comes in handy, because Hashmi works with “high net worth individuals,
family offices and groups of people who are interested in relocating to the U.S. and
other parts of the world, using investment as a tool.
