Latissimus dorsi
From
normal
standing
position
straighten
arms
above
head
placing
one
hand
inside
the
other,
palms
facing
towards
the
body.
Upper back
From a normal standing position extend arms in front placing one hand inside the other keeping
them horizontal to the floor. Separate the shoulder blades by pushing them apart lower head and
chin on to the chest stretching forward.
