This document summarizes a women's human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination awareness program. The purpose was to determine the status of HPV vaccination among women ages 12-26 and spread awareness about HPV and the vaccinations' role in preventing cervical cancer. Data on HPV vaccination rates will be collected from patient records in coming years and compared to other areas to evaluate the program's effectiveness. Counseling was provided to patients on HPV vaccinations. The program aims to analyze vaccination data and determine effective education tools to increase awareness of HPV and the vaccinations.

SIGNIFICANCE
• 214/345 (62%) women,
that visited Dr. Han’s office
in 2015, did not receive the
HPV vaccination.
• 116/ 345 (34%) received
the HPV vaccination
