Marriage was registered on 25 November 2003 by both parties. Both parties agree to
divorce each other due to incompatible personalities.
1. CHENG Danxing, male party, and NIE Yafeng, female party voluntarily divorce
each other.
2. TANG Jiayi, born on 16 November2006, and TANG Peixun, born on 4 May 2011
are respectively both parties’ daughter and son. Custody was granted to the female
party, and 5,000 RMB of maintenance fee were paid by the male party on a
monthly basis until their children finished their education.
3. The real estates: apartment 4A301 from Yi Ran Tian Di Ju Real Estate and
apartment 3A1401 from Lv Yin Feng He Real Estate on Long Zhu Si Road belong
to the female party.
4. Property, debts and credit under each party’s name belong to each party
respectively.
The agreement is in duplicate. Each party has one copy of this document. The
agreement is only valid after both parties sign the document and go through all the
formalities for divorce.
