1. ABSTRACT
The overcrowding presented at the kindergarten "Miguel Aleman", it altered social
interactions, caused conflicts, that did not allowed the integral development of the 2nd.
"A"’s group.
The actions offered a response to attend this problem. It was contemplated, the
importance of the father-son relationship, the simultaneous workshop to create learning
environments; and strategies that helped to develop the personal and collective identity;
improved coexistence based on pro-social behaviors.
Based on action research, the internal structure of the classroom was analyzed. It was
used, quantitative data and qualitative, related to the presence of pro-social behavior. So,
81% showed empathy, that became into collaborative work.
