报和案例研究、城市品牌DNA、公共设施不信息导向系统研究、设计策略工具、设计趋势报告、 材料不表面处理研究、生活形态报告等资料。
2012年我们的设计策略研究成果获得了上海市政府的肯定不支持,进一步建立了工业设计策略研究数字化的政府平台,成为上海设计之都官方平台的组成
部分之一,其研究的的广度不深度进一步加强,为与业界不合作伙伴提供不分享领先的研究成果。另一方面,我们也长期建立不积累了包括材料不生产供
应商、各个行业与家团体不与业机构等资源库。
YANG DESIGN has been introducing leading design strategy methods and tools since 2004. In our long-term design practice, we have collected cross-industry information
and case study, brand DNA and product identity, design strategy tools, design trend report, material and surface treatment, lifestyle reports.
In 2012, our study result is officially supported by Shanghai government. The design strategy database is part of the Shanghai Design City project, and to be shared with
partners and professionals. At the same time, we also established long-term relationship with suppliers, experts and talent pools.

马兰西亚皇家雪兰莪茶具设计,获美国 IDEA Design Award 2013 :
拥有127年历史的全球第一锡镴品牌——皇家雪兰莪委托YANG DESIGN设计了一套名为“知竹常乐”的茶具系列。该系列茶
具以中国传统文化语义为设计源点,包括茶壶、茶杯、茶叶罐、茶筅、茶盘和茶食小碟。不单是材质上的结合,更实现了功能上
的创新与突破,如竹制把手与底盘的防烫与防撞功能、滤茶器的快速释茶功能、外张茶罐盖的易开启等,均实现了“创造完美用
户体验”的设计哲学。系列在马来西亚、新加坡、中国等地发布,全球销售。
Royal Selangor Tea Set,IDEA Design Award 2013 :
Commissioned by No. pewter brand with 127 years of history, YANG DESIGN designed a tea set including tea pot, cup, caddy,
brush, tray and snack plate. The bamboo pot handle and the mat on bottom are heat-preventing and anti-scratch. The mouth of
the tea caddy is a little wider, so that it makes sealing the double-vacuumized can easier. Users can easily hold the spin to turn
around the filter, and it helps the filter to dispense dense tea liquor to the pot. Not only is the collection a breakthrough of the
visual image of traditional Chinese tea set, but also a perfect tea drinking experience. The collection is launched in Asia and sold
worldwide.

竹制的把手符合人体工学,壶盖与把手的竹材起到了很好的隔热功能。竹子的底盘可以起到很好的防撞与隔热的功能。

我们尝试将材料的特性充分的发挥出来。茶壶外表并没有处理成光滑的表面,是为了避免与其他金属,如不锈钢相类似的表
面质感,从而体现锡镴的特有工艺。茶具外表源自竹纤维的凹凸纹理,减小了手与金属的接触面,也消解了金属材料过烫或过冷
的缺憾,有更加温和的手感。
Royal Selangor Tea Set: The collection is covered with a vertical concave and convex texture inspired by bamboo fiber. With the
concave and convex patterns etched into the wares, only 50 percent of the metal surface is in contact with the skin, so the user
is warmed rather than burned.

有一处看不见的功能创新:内置滤茶器的上沿巧妙地与壶盖互扣,轻轻转动壶盖把手,带动下面的滤茶器,有助于释放出聚
集在滤茶器中的浓厚茶汁,完全有别于传统的茶壶设计。圆盘形的竹制壶盖把手有更大的扭矩,可以轻松的转动滤茶器。
The built-in spinner helps to make tea with maximal aroma. The most important innovations are the built-in bamboo spin on the
pot cover, and the snap fit between cover and filter—users can easily hold the spin to turn around the filter, and it helps the filter
to dispense dense tea liquor to the pot.

马兰西亚皇家雪兰莪茶具设计:
茶罐以竹纤维纹理装饰,手握时可减弱金属的冰冷感。微向外张的罐盖上缘使得用户可轻松打开茶罐,因为一个高品质的茶
罐盖子与罐体连接是很紧密的,同时外张的上缘也包含竹节的设计语义。竹制的底部也起到了很好的防撞功能。
马兰西亚皇家雪兰莪茶具设计:
灵感源自竹子成长时剥落的笋壳,表面依然采用竹纤维纹理质感,自然收紧的中间部分,可以让用户两指一捏轻松的拿起小
碟。独特的造型将锡镴的工艺优势充分的发挥,是其他金属工艺所无法实现的。

源自中国唐代的茶筅现被广泛的应用于制作日本的抹茶,锡镴制作的底座下部微微外张,有竹节的语义,也使得茶筅可以稳定的
直立于桌面,不易被弄脏。底座竹纤维的纹理与上方的竹制茶筅相互呼应,呈现出完美的视觉效果。

意大利NATUZZI多功能家居系统T-BOX,获2013年度德国红点奖:
2012年4月,意大利米兰家具展的主场馆上,YANG DESIGN为意大利 NATUZZI 集团 Italsofa 品牌所设计的多功能家居系统T-
BOX发布。这套家具系统由一个单体模块组成,内部T型支架增加了模块的强度,并可作为把手轻松搬移模块。简约、梦想与玩味
是产品所应体现的 Italsofa 品牌DNA。
NATUZZI Multi-functional Home System T-BOX, Reddot Design Award 2013:
Commissioned by Italsofa of Natuzzi Group, YANG DESIGN has designed the T-BOX system, and it was launched in April, 2012
in the main hall of Milan Furniture Fair. The system is based on single modular. There is a built-in T-shape holder for strength and
as a carry handle. It recreates the brand DNA as simple, dreamline and playful.

单体模块可以用作凳子、座椅、茶几、搁脚、矮柜,也可以进行任意的组合,成为屏风、电视柜、搁物架以及书架等,在室

The single modular can be used as tea table, bench, feet rest or side cabinet. They also can be combined as bookshelf, TV
cabinet or screen in different sizes. Almost all mainstream media have reported about the design, building a good reputation for
the brand in China.

爱依瑞斯 2013年产品色彩分析
YANG DESIGN为中国知名的布艺沙发品牌爱依瑞斯制定产品线规划与产品的品牌识别性规范。一改无序的开发现状,我们从产品
的形态、面料工艺、缝边、色彩搭配、标识细节等各个方面,为爱依瑞斯制定了产品的设计规范,并设计了每年亮季的主题风格。
2014 时尚家居色彩预测,1)家居色彩流行趋势往往滞后于时装1~2年间。2)寻找未来流行的趋势,定位未来家居流行色。
In 2012, YANG DESIGN is commissioned by the leading sofa brand ARIS on product line planning and brand identity design
guideline. To change to existing random R&D status, we set product design guidelines in shape, fabric, sewing, hemming, color
and signs, followed by design for the two seasons.

2012年,YANG DESIGN为本土橱柜领先品牌志邦完成了一套针对于未来三年的产品策略规划。作为一种西方产品,橱柜如

ZBOM Chinese Kitchen Cabinet Product Strategy & Design,
In 2012, YANG DESIGN has completed a 3-year product strategy planning for ZBOM, the leading player of kitchen
cabinet in China. How the Western cabinet can fit into Chinese home? And how innovation can be more than styles and
doors? Through client & expert interview, store & home visit, we studied the industry, trends and users, and translate
into product line planning.

志邦橱柜产品策略与设计:
基于产品策略报告,志邦在2013年厨卫展上推出X-Living高端橱柜系统。针对忙于上班的周末下厨族,产品采用隐藏式结构,
周一至周五可完全闭门隐藏。产品提供了更多的内部储物空间,以应对小家电存放、备菜环节出现的大量碗碟等空间问题。加入
旋转式早晨边桌,让追求情调的用户可在厨房用早晨。改进了友好的大圆角造型,避免出现上一代产品中厨具易从桌面滑落的问
题。并加入了手势控制等智能交互技术。
ZBOM Chinese Kitchen Cabinet Product Strategy & Design:
Based on the report, ZBOM has launched X-Living, a high-end cabinet with hidden structure in the 2013 Kitchen & Bach Expo for
young people who only cook at the weekend. It includes improved storage for small home appliance and dish, breakfast table,
improved radius and motion control.
国际绿色和平组织“爱森林”书架 :
受国际绿色和平组织委托,YANG DESIGN在2010年设计了公益主题的“爱森林”书架。书架由厚纸板叠加制成,整体造型
犹如树干,形象地向书店和读者传达“用再生纸=植树”的概念。
Greenpeace Forest Bookshelf:
The bookshelf, commissioned by Greenpeace in 2010, is part of a non-profit project for forest protection. Its tree-trunk shape
vividly conveys the concept of "recycled paper =planting tree" to the readers in bookstores.
美国杜邦跨界合作家居产品:
从2011到2013年,YANG DESIGN与美国杜邦公司合作,将新型材料 Corian 设计应用到家居产品邻域,通过创意将材料的
特性充分发挥出来。最终作品在杜邦的多个展览和展会上展出。
From 2011 to 2013, YANG DESIGN worked with DuPont and apply the material Corian into furniture designs, to express the
material quality in an innovative way. The final products are shown in many exhibitions and fairs.
板凳上的风景 View On Bench
设计概念源自中国明代的一张板凳,无论从视觉、结构还是功能来说,这张板凳都是一件目前还被广为使用的优良产品。十年前
YANG DESIGN留学德国时,以此板凳为灵感为德国高端办公家具公司设计开发了一整套办公家具;此次在原先的方案基础上采用传
统的榫卯结构进行了全新演绎。板凳本身可以视作一个完美的支架系统,在此基础上增加了座椅、抽屉、桌子、台灯,甚至化妆
台、衣架和书架等功能,从而演变成一套符合现代人生活方式的全新家具系统。

根据色彩试验表明,在正常状态下观察物体条件下,
最初观察一物体时,色彩吸引了观察者的80%的注意力,而对形态的注意力仅为20%,
这一过程大约可以持续20s。
It’s shown in test that in normal observation condition, in the beginning, color attracts
80% of consumers’ attention while form only 20%. The process last for about 20
second.

这一趋势是由中西文化融合而引起
的美学潮流,但是不再一味地强调
中国或西方某一端,而是更深层次
的融合。这也意味着我们不会表面
化地运用很多中国元素。在木材偏
好的调研中,受访者最喜欢的室内
设计风格是中式风格。因此,在产
品上我们可以是中式的家具和符合
东风审美的室内设计,但材质上使
用现代的、北欧的木材。比如知名
产品设计师YANG DESIGN为皇家雪兰
莪所设计的知竹常乐茶具,在材质
和造型上都体现了现代的东方哲
学,最近也有受到第一夫人的点
赞。
科技并不再等于科幻,而是通过网
络和智能设备的普及,充分融入到
我们的日常生活中。我们对科技的
印象更为平民、便民、亲民。如
iPhone的最新界面设计就采用了扁
平化的图形和通透感、柔和的色
彩。这一趋势所带来的色调很适合
木制的儿童家具和突显女性柔美的
室内设计。
我们对空气、食品、甚至是飞机的
安全感都在逐渐降低。此趋势的宏
观背景是基于国人对安全的社会环
境,以及人与人彼此之间信任的诉
求。在木材调查中,有44%的受访者
在购买家具时关注无毒无害,这个
比例在购买儿童家具时更高。
在设计上,此趋势体现为在材质上
追求真实的材料,或最能体现其本
质的CMF设计。在木材偏好的调查
中,我们发现受访者对清漆和半开
放漆流露出明显的喜爱,这也是最
能裸露木材真实纹理的表面处理。
“断舍离”是最近在年轻人当中受欢
迎的流行词,其背后是我们对生活方
式自我审视和自省,也带有“放下”
的意味。在室内设计中体现为简洁、
洗练的风格和色彩。在木材偏好的调
查中,北欧风格是中国人心目中简约
风格的代表,同时也是在中国第二受
欢迎的室内设计风格,符合中国消费
者对“大气”的定义。在室内木制品
中,我们可以大面积地使用同一种材
料,以及简约的图案纹理和色彩。
