○ Developed Web client (JavaScript/TypeScript, AngularJS SPA) and backend server using
ASP.NET (c#, web api, .net, Entity Framework) with SQL Server DB using Azure Web Services.
○ HIPAAcompliant and secure solution included user management/authentication, patient and
encounter management, clinical documentation and workflow.
○ Responsible for fullstack development of multiple features and views.
○ Completed Minimal Viable Product in 90 days (from whiteboard to deployment ready).
○ Ported majority of codebase from JavaScript to TypeScript to improve code quality and
developer productivity.
○ Developed interactive diagram and photo markup functionality for solution which provided mouse
and touch drawing, thumbnail preview / printing with zoomed user interaction and secured
storage on Azure Blob Storage. Implemented using JQuery, AngularJS, JavaScript and SVG.
● Emergency Room Clinical Documentation Web Application
○ Senior member of team responsible for evolving existing commercial client/server product
technology into web / cloud based next generation product. This included technology
assessment / adoption, user stories, framework architecture, development process / tools to
increase quality and reduce effort, prototypes and demonstrations.
○ Views were designed to be adaptive and reactive to both mobile and desktop targets.
○ Developed innovative mix of SVG and native HTML input controls in an AngularJS SPA to
overcome browser rendering performance delays inherent in highdensity input pages (16K
possible input controls on one dynamic multilayer form).

● Increase ability for legacy client/server solution to scale upward:
○ Written in C++ and C#, using WinForms, ATL, WPF, COM+, Windows Services and SQL Server
○ Architected / Developed modifications to scale / split functionality across unlimited number of
application servers (adding horizontal scaling versus previous exclusive vertical scaling) to
satisfy customer 2X capacity growth request.
○ Added utilities to support dynamic reconfiguration of topology within VM environments (VMWare,

● Active Directory (AD) Integration:
○ Integrated external user authentication via Active Directory integration to legacy client/server
application to satisfy large customer’s IT support concerns.
● DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP)
