Wesley has been working on video related technologies for almost 20 years. He started his career at Sony Research Lab for video compression algorithms and implementation and holding several US patents from video encoding algorithms, computational optimization to hardware design on Sony media processor. He worked for several Silicon Valley startups for multimedia transcoders for mobile applications and video conferencing applications and bringing up to embedded Linux and drivers on a ARM-based ASIC for video camera applications. He also spent 10 years at Broadcom to provide software support for Echostar, Broadcom’s Tier 1 customer. Echostar provides set-top box for Dish Network with more.
