HSE Lead: Conoco Phillips took over operations of the Waddell Ranch at Penwell, Texas, January 1, 2012. Moved
from the safety position with Schlumberger to the safety position for the operations division of Conoco Phillips at
Waddell Ranch. Job duties consist of but not limited to, HSE support for the Operations Supervisor and operations,
support compliance of the HSE Management System, training, safety meetings, coordinating audits, presenting
yearly orientation to employees and contractors, lead incident investigations, coordinate the Behavioral Based Safety
Program and track employee’s reports. IMPACT Administrator (ConocoPhillips internal HSE reporting database).
A member of Conoco Phillips BBS Program Steering team. Lead environment spill reporting and investigations.
Environmental clean-up. RRC reporting concerning environmental incidents.
Schlumberger IPM/Penwell, Texas 6/09 – 12/11
Lease Operator/Production Specialist/QHSE Coordinator: Responsible for 100 oil and gas wells. Continue to do
QHSE field inspections and audits. Prepare volume reports. Gage wells. Take care of small repairs on wells.
Coordinate larger repairs. 6/11/12 transferred back into the safety position and continued with previous QHSE
duties.
Schlumberger Wireline – Sonora, Tx 2/09 to 6/09
Transferred to Sonora, Texas SLB Wireline as QHSE Manager. Taking care of their DOT, Radiation and
Explosives records and taking care of QHSE duties as in Penwell. Sonora Wireline closed their office July, 2009.
Transferred back to Schlumberger IPM, Penwell, Texas.

QHSE Coordinator – 9/05 – 6/09: Create and lead two safety meetings per month. Field Safety Stand-downs.

Schlumberger’s requirements, OSHA and the RRC. QUEST Administrator (Schlumberger’s internal accident
reporting and employee training record database). Work with Conoco Phillips Safety personnel on their
