NIFTY FIFTY : - Nifty futures/Bank Nifty futures market closed on 10101 / 24853 According to
technical analysis if Nifty futures and Bank Nifty future moves up-word in tomorrow treading session
then 10142 will be small resistance for Nifty futures and at the same time 24986 will be small
Resistance for Bank Nifty futures, if it break this level then then Nifty futures can touch 10190 level
and Bank Nifty futures can touch 25098 level in next few days. It will be hard resistance for Nifty
futures and Bank Nifty futures. Meanwhile in reveres there is small support on 1087 for Nifty futures
and 24793 is for Bank Nifty futures after breaking this support with volume there is big support for
Nifty futures on 9972 and 24280 for Bank Nifty futures.

10. SAIL’S RETAIL SALES GETS BOOST WITH NEW CAMPAIGN : - It is running a
nationwide campaign which is aimed at boosting steel consumption in country. This has started
to reflect positively through the dealer sales numbers, which recorded 18% jump in the month
of August 2017 over the corresponding period last year selling 91,000 tonnes of steel in the
month, said a Steel Ministry release.
SAIL targets to sell 1 Million Tonnes steel through its dealer network this financial year and
aims at doubling it in next three financial years, as per the directions from Steel Minister
Birender Singh who has asked the company to go for smart marketing. SAIL had identified the
potential of rural markets for enhancing steel consumption which is currently around 10 kgs
per capita per year as against around 150 Kg per capita consumption in Urban India. The
‘Gaon ki ore’ campaign is designed to familiarise end users at the grass-root level, especially
of rural areas, with innovative usage of SAIL steel and its applications and advantages in
construction, household equipment and agriculture.
COAL INDIA GAINS ON DIVERSIFICATION PLAN : - The shares of Coal India surged
by over 1% during Friday’s trading session on the back of the news that the company is likely
to diversify its core business of coal extraction. The company is planning to become a full-
fledged mining company in a bid to mitigate the growing pressure from renewable
energy. Betting on the core competence in mining, the coal behemoth is planning to foray into
mining of iron ore, bauxite, copper and nickel, “Mining is our strength,” the company’s
interim chairman Gopal Singh said while addressing the shareholders at the company's
annual general meeting. “Because of the expertise in mining, CIL will be very successful in
whatever mining venture it undertakes.”

SPICEJET DEPOSITS RS 250 CRORE WITH DELHI COURT TO COMPLY WITH
ORDERS :- SpiceJet has informed that the company has deposited Rs 250 crore with the
Registrar General of High Court of Delhi on September 14, 2017, in compliance with the
court's earlier order. The Supreme Court on July 28 dismissed the appeals of SpiceJet
11. challenging the Delhi High Court verdict asking it to deposit Rs 579 crore in connection with a
share transfer dispute with its previous owner Kalanithi Maran. However, the bench had
provided it some relief by allowing it to deposit the amount in two parts. It had said part of the
amount could be secured by a cash deposit of Rs 250 crore and the balance by a bank
guarantee of Rs 329 crore. "With the deposit of above said Rs 250 crore and furnishing of bank
guarantee of Rs 329 crore on August 14, 2017 with the Registrar General of High Court of
Delhi, the company has complied with the above said orders,"
NTPC COMMISSIONS 40MW OF ROJMAL WIND ENERGY PROJECT : -
NTPC announced that 40 MW out of 50 MW of Rojmal Wind Energy Project of NTPC in
Gujarat has been commissioned. With this, the total installed capacity of NTPC
on standalone basis has become 44482 MW and that of NTPC group has become 51698 MW.
Further, Unit 2 of 250 MW of Nabinagar Thermal Power Project (4 X 250 MW) of Bhartiya
Rail Bijlee Company, a subsidiary of NTPC is declared on commercial operation w.e.f 00:00
Hours of September 10, 2017.With this, the commercial capacity of BRBCL and NTPC group
has become 500 MW and 48788 MW respectively.
BPCL GETS MAHARATNA STATUS : - The government of India has conferred Bharat
Petroleum Corporation Limited with Maharatna Status. Accordingly, BPCL is empowered to
exercise the powers of a Maharatna company as governed by relevant guidelines issued by
Department of Public Enterprises. Following is the criteria for grant of Maharatna status: -
1. The company already has Navratna status.
2. Its listed on Indian stock exchange with minimum prescribed public shareholding under

BANK OF BARODA PARTNERS WITH AMAZON TO OFFER LOANS: - State-
owned, Bank of Baroda has joined hands with the global e-commerce giant, Amazon to
offer loans under Rs 25 lakh on its platform.
12. INDUSIND BANK PARTNERS WITH ADB TO PROVIDE LOANS TO RURAL WOMEN : -
Bank announced on Friday that the Asian Development Bank has signed a loan of up to USD 200
million with IndusInd Bank to provide finance to low-income women borrowers in rural India.
Under this agreement, at least 95% of ADB’s funding for the project will be used to provide credit
to women borrowers and at least 70% of the number of loans will be deployed in India’s less
developed states. A capacity building technical assistance of USD 1 million is expected to be part
of the package. It will support the IndusInd Bank’s efforts to improve the financial literacy of
women borrowers and to develop digitised processing and product development initiatives. The
ADB loan aims to reach an additional 2,00,000 low-income members by 2020.
