REMARKS AND REPORTS
1. Re-marks
- Candidateswho have failed a subject may request a re-mark of their examination paper
on payment o{ a fee of $18 per subject. Should a failed candidate pass on a re-marking, the fee
will be refunded.

- Candidates who have failed a subiect may also request a report

- regardless of whether or nol the candidaie is granted a pass on the
re-mark. The purpose of tne report is to indicate to the student where answers gained and
lost marks, what answers were expected by the examiner, and to gujde the student in further
study of the subject.
3. lnternally As3es3ed and Folio Subiecls
ln general, remarks or reoprts are not given for subjects that are examined wholly by folio or
continuous assessment, however, where extenuating circumstances can be shown to exist the
candidate nray appeal to the Examinations Officer for a review of the assessment.
4. Pa33 Studenl3
- Be-marks or Reports cannot be given for subiects in which candidates receive
tTaFs--ftiElthstanding this, candidates who have passed a theory examination may request a
re-mark if they can provide proof that a higher grade is required by either another educational
institution or lheir employer, or at the discretion of the Examinations Officer who is satisfied
that extenuating circumstances warrant such action.

Examinations. Students awarded supplementaries are advised to sit these examinations pending
results of re-marks.
EXAMINATION/ENROL}IENT CONDITIONS
1. Students who enrol in a subject and do not complete assessment requirements will receive a FAIL
result. unless they have tormally withdrawn from the subject at least SIX WEEKS prior to
the commencement date of the relevant examination per,od,
2. Re-enrolments in a subject which a student has failed twice is not permitteci. unless special
written approval has been obtained from the college adminrstrator.
3. Student may not re-enrol in a subiect which the student has passed, unless written approval has
been obtained lrom the college administrator.
