Creating Data is very crucial, since
the quality of data collected will
impact heavily on the output. FAME
ensures the collection of the data
gathered are both defined and
accurate, so that PEELI can makes
decisions based on the findings which
are valid, which provides both the
baseline of measurement, and a target
on what to improve.

Processing is the manipulation of data
into a form suitable for further
analysis. Raw data cannot be
processed and must be checked for
accuracy.
FAME focuses on constructing a
dataset from one or more data sources
to be used for further exploration and
processing. Analyzing data that has
not been carefully screened for
problems can produce highly
misleading results that are heavily
dependent on the quality of data
prepared.

DATA HANDELLING
Identification of objects is aided by
the use of assigned identifiers. It is
reference of an object or record,
usually manifested as a number or
string of numbers and letters.
FAME does not compromise with
data Integraty as the data collected
is complete and unaltered in all
essential respects.
Preservation of data at FAME is
done at two stages.
1.Digitel preservation of data.
2.Physical preservation of data.

DATA HANDELLING
It is the stage where processed
information is now transmitted to
the user. Output is presented to users
in various report formats like printed
report, audio, video, or on monitor.
Output need to be interpreted so that
it can provide meaningful
information that will guide future
decisions of the PEELI.

DATA HANDELLING
Storage is the last stage in FAME’s
data processing cycle, where data,
instruction and information are held
for future use. The importance of
this cycle is that it allows quick
access and retrieval of the processed
information, allowing it to be passed
on to the next stage directly, when
needed.
