2. 2
INTRODUCTION
God did not intend for his followers of Christ to seek out justice at the hands of
man in the court of law. The world belongs to the “RULER”, the “Prince of Darkness.”
The Judicial System is occupied with Unbelievers. We must never rely on man to
resolve our disputes. Meanwhile, the courts developed ungodly instinct of those that
pursue justice which instinctively pave the way, to further oppress its sufferers through
misinterpretation of laws.

PART 1. THEOLOGICAL TERM AND DEFINITION
“JUSTICE,” The Hebrew word “mishap”, makes its appearance in the bible more
than 200 times in the Hebrew Old Testament. In uncomplicated terms, it’s meaning
to” treat people equitably”. The intention from a theological perspective is also
designed to acquit or punish individual persons based on the merits of the case charges,
regardless of race or social status. Everyone who practices equal wrong shall be given
the equivalent penalty. It offers assurance that people are guaranteed their rights.
The Exhaustive Concordance offers the following terms that effectively broaden the
meaning of “justice”. (arrangements, case, charge, claim, court, crimes, decisions,
deserving, due, injustice, judgment, just, justly, kind, matters of justice order, ordinances,
procedure, regulation, rightful place, rule, trial, unjustly, verdict, what is right, worthy.
Justice was fashioned for the most vulnerable. God loves and defends those with the
least economic and social power, and so should we.

PART II. THEOLOGICAL TRUTH
The chief customs for justice in Scripture are universal and specific justice.
Collective justice refers to personal righteousness in addition, moral uprightness.
Explicit Justice refers to implementing justice in specific situations. Precise justice is
what most people modern day desire when they speak of justice. Moreover, the Bible
uses both definitions of justice. The considerate difference in the two uses of justice
aid us in justice from God’s perspective. One-hand God calls us to defend the poor a
display of universal justice, Isaiah. 1.17, (NIV). In observing from another
perspective, God commands us to not favor the poor in particular justice
Leviticus 19.15 ( NIV) The Bible is not being contradictory; relatively it is speaking
of twofold different forms of justice. Another example of justice can be found in reading,
Luke 18:1-8 ESV). He gave them a parable to the effect that they always to pray and
not lose heart.

PART III. THEOLOGICAL LIFE TERM EXPERIENCES
As a follower of Christ, I have always felt that the courts are simply not for the
saved. The adversary misuses the judicial system to attack gods children. There is
justice in the judicial systems as it is in the western world. My personal experience and

observation has continuously proven to me that laws are twisted in favor of those that
have substantial financial resources. I was forced into the justice system in seeking a
divorce. I felt that we were civil enough to seek an uncontested divorce that was
equitable to us both after 15 of marriage. The level of impartial favors at the hands of
judges to date created damage that marital assets valued at over 1 million dollars have
never been distributed. My ex -husband was aware of my spiritual perspective as it
pertained to justice. I relied exclusively on the scripture from, 1 Corinthians 6:1-8 (NIV)
CONCLUSION
Christian’ should shy away from filing a lawsuit in a secular court of law.
Ideally, the disputed matter should be arbitrated or judged by an overseer. Nevertheless,
in our modern society, there are exceptional situations that may not fall directly within
this principle. Additionally, if a saved Christian will not bow to a Christian led
resolution, then pursuant to Matthew 18:17, as a last resort, a lawsuit in the secular law
courts may be permitted.
