A major consultation into the future of housing and transport in the West of England is underway. The consultation is seeking people’s views into the future provision of housing and transport in Bath and North East Somerset, Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. The four councils estimate they need 85,000 homes in their areas by 2036. They are seeking people's views on how this can be delivered and what transport will be needed to support this.
