Main Overview
1. To open workflow follow the link:

2. To log in use your work email address (johndeer@applevac.com) and password;
For ex. User id: johndeer (you don’t need to add the domain “@applevac.com”);
Password: abc123
3. Main view contains 3 inboxes:
- top inbox – PERSONAL
- middle inbox – UNASSIGNED ITEMS
- bottom inbox – ALL ITEMS
Top inbox is your PERSONAL INBOX. It will be empty unless someone assigns an item to you.

Middle inbox is all UNASSIGNED ITEMS. It will show items that are not in anyone’s inbox and ready
to be worked on.
Bottom inbox shows ALL ENTRIES (assigned and unassigned).

5. In order to search press
6. When doing search you don’t need to type full hotel name for ex. Type GRAND and press FILTER
7. It will show a list of entries containing the word “GRAND”.

How to Reassign an Item
- After you find an item you can place it a designated person’s inbox by REASSIGNING it
- Fetch the item (top left corner)
- Type the name in the box
- Press REASSIGN, close the page, and refresh workflow
After reassigning the moved items should be in the selected person’s personal inbox.

How to Log Notes
When the “NOTE” is finished save it (on desktop or in a designated folder). While saving it
make the name short for ex. BAHIA JAMAICA – LAND WINTER 2017. If the name is too long it may
become an issue with saving it in the workflow.
Before logging in the workflow please confirm: hotel name, rate code, and the file attached
by contractors
If everything is correct scroll down to NOTE DETAILS section where your email will be
attached. Click ADD NEW RECORD, then SELECT and pick the email from your designated place
(an envelope icon). At the end click.

Next, choose YES or NO and click SUBMIT
Once you submit your entry it will move to the next stage: LOADING.
After submitting you can’t revise it. If you’d like to leave instructions or comments for
the loading team you can add it in COMMENTS section (top, right side).

How to Log Loading Stage
Before logging an entry confirm it is on a LOADING stage. Then FETCH TASK (top left corner)
Move to REASSIGN section and fill in WORK TYPE, WORK DESCRIPTION, and PROMO WORK EFFORT
Scroll down to ACTIONS section and fill in TIME SPENT LOADING (minutes only, for ex. 60).
Then SUBMIT
FETCH again and choose 1 option for QC

Choose where is it assigned to and SUBMIT
Click YES for triggers and SUBMIT
At this point it should show a COMPLETED window. This is the end of the logging procedure.
