Orange Capital Partners (OCP) is a real estate asset management and investment firm that was founded in 2014. OCP invests in residential real estate in the Amsterdam area, and currently has €125 million of assets under management.In December 2014 OCP entered into a joint venture with Heitman as main investor to build a premier residential platform. The Platform has recently acquired two high quality residential portfolios in Amsterdam which comprise 400 rented residential units and 12 retail units across 24 buildings in Amsterdam.
