All the hard work is behind you! One last thing before move-in date... Your
Utilities! Typically, the Title Company will transfer water and sewer, but the
rest is yo to you to set up service. We have attached a list of companies you
will need to contact ie: electric, gas, phone, cable/satellite, internet (unless
these items are provided by your HOA). Take note, there are other services
such as recycling (depending on which area of town you are in). The Park
