It's about how product managers and developers perceive their designer or design team - and why is it wrong.
Purpose of this talk is for business owners, project leaders and developers (and all alike) to see the other side of design, beyond what is shown in the presentation slides once the design process is at its end.
And also, to see what happens (or will happen) to the creative mind they employ once they force them to add a golden crown on top of the milking cow in the election posters. (Yes! That happened!)
Talk is based on 10 year experience in graphic, web and start-up industry, of which better part was being Don Quixote in defense of best practices, and why it was time to stop.
Developers need to trust in designers - not be clients from hell.
