The main objective is to promote the UOL as the first choice of higher
education country-wide and globally.
This website is basically designed for the information of all its academic
activities. It contains all data about all its campuses across the country
and degree programs they offer.
This website fulfills all needs of a student by giving options of
downloading admission forms and how to fill them, directly from the
website.

3. DESIGN:
The website is brilliantly designed by keeping in mind all the
requirements of the visitors.
The animations and the elements of this website are excellently arranged
in a promising manner in the forms of blocks.
The color combinations, event handlers and the effective use of “CSS”,
makes it very attractive and the visitor doesn’t get bored.

4. NAVIGATION:
Navigation guide readers to know how much content is available and
where to find what they are looking for.
All the links provided at this website takes the user to its destination
very quickly. And none of the link provided is expired.
Navigation is accessible from any page of the website, understandable,
clear and intuitive.

5. WRITING STYLE:
Writing style of this site is very easy to understand as every person of
every age can understand it.
Different web pages use different font-families. The font colors and
background colors are very perfectly blended that every word look
prominent (Easy to view).

6. GOOD FEATURES:
The website contains a webpage by which the visitors can submit their
messages and complains.
The website has a news portal which gives news about the educational
events and seminars happened and to be happened.
Navigation bars and menus are positioned where the user would expect
them to be positioned.

7. GOOD FEATURES (CONTINUE)
UOL website has spreading knowledge about Lahore’s culture and its
historic places.
The site uses many search bars in different webpages.
UOL has an online admission portal in the website.

8. BAD FEATURES:
The biggest flaw of this website is that it is not secured. As it doesn’t use secure
protocol i.e. “Https”. (http://www.uol.edu.pk)
Main navigation bar should be static.
The website has many webpages for a very small amount of information and
there should be a separate webpage for the department and faculties information
instead of a large dropdown.
It doesn’t have any date mentioned anywhere about when was this website
updated last time.
Its webpages include too many hyperlinks for a single webpage.(ex. apply online)
Website doesn’t change the colors of visited links.
