YJAW is a global online platform run by the Kafka Welfare Organization that allows young writers and journalists to unite and promote social change through writing. Its objectives are to raise voices on social issues like education, peace, gender rights, and counter extremism using digital activism and social media. Over two phases from 2013-2015, the volunteer-run project published 150 articles by contributors from over 25 countries on 40 social issues. It reached over 23,000 people across more than 120 countries. The document provides details on the leadership and members of the YJAW teams for 2013-2014 and 2014-2015.
