The University Park HOA held its annual meeting on December 15th, 2010, but failed to reach a quorum. A second meeting was held on December 19th where a quorum was achieved. At the December 19th meeting, Kim Simpson and Ron Kessler were elected to the board for three year terms. Additional security measures were also discussed, including how to best utilize the $7,200 security budget. Both meetings were then adjourned.

12/15/10 and 12/19/10
I. Call to order
Board called to order Annual Meeting at @ 6:15 pm on Dec 15th, 2010 at Palmetto Electric. Board called to
order again at quorum meeting held Sunday Dec 19th at 5:00PM.
II. Roll call
We did not have enough proxies and attendants to have a quorum on Dec 15th. 88 with proxies, needed 141.
Because of this a new meeting was scheduled for Sunday, Dec 19th at 5:00 PM in which the quorum needs
are reduced to 25%. Order of business was elections and budget approval.

V. Presentation of Goals and Accomplishments
Presentation was given by Pat Hancock (CCAM) on Accomplishments for 2010 and goals for 2011.

VII. Business Discussed
1.1. In the general meeting in which there was no quorum, discussions were held on speeding, towing,
security, parties, satellite dishes, lawsuit, and communication efforts.
1.2. In the meeting held Sunday Dec 19th the following business was discussed

1.2.2. Two members were elected to serve on the board for 3 year periods. They are Kim Simpson and
Ron Kessler.

1.2.3.1. Discussed the 7200.00 security item from the proposed budget and how better to use
