The Center’s main objective is to engage in research and to promote capacity building in the law, economics and policy of international trade and investment. The Center is also responsible for implementing the WTO Chairs Program awarded by the WTO Secretariat and Masters of Law in Trade, Investment, and Competition Law & Policy (MTIC) Program developed and executed in cooperation with the World Trade Institute (WTI). The MTIC Program is generously supported by the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO).
