As Manager of Digital Communications at ScottsMiracle-Gro, Tyler has accountability for the company-wide global intranet, “The Garden,” which was selected by Nielsen Norman Group as one of 2012’s 10 Best Global Intranets. He is also responsible for the company’s Enterprise 2.0 community adoption and engagement strategy, and leads the development and enhancement of the corporate Web site’s user experience.
