About
Over and above a 20 year Human Capital Management career; i have developed and managed a Supplier Development Plan where I was accountable for a budget of R6.9 million to spend on Skills development, Enterprise Development And Corporate Social Investment Project. There were a total of 34 students and interns that benefited from the plan; 4 companies and 3 schools in the under privileged community of KZN. We can assist the companies in utilizing their Corporate Social Investment Funds in the areas that will have more lasting impact; and improve on the scarce skills base of the country in the long term. One area of interest; for instance, is in vocational training to build such skills.
