Factory guide for manufacturing your own screens and t-shirts:
• Over 1000 units / color block is free for 3 design screens.
• Over 1000 units / 3 design screens, 1 color of fabric and 4 size variations.
• Over 2000 units / 6 design screens, 2 colors of fabric, and 4 size variations.
• Over 5000 / 14 design screens, 5 colors of fabric and 6 size variations.
• We can manufacture as to your exact t-shirt cut and size, just send a sample of the t-
shirt to our factory and we will replicate the t-shirt exactly.
• We usually use our stock factory design t-shirts, which have options between more
fitted or loose fit. We have European, American, British and Asian sizes.
• Material: 100% Cotton grade A 32, TK, TC or other variations welcome.
• Shipping can be arranged by our forwarder to your business, door to door. We aim
to quote the lowest prices for our customers for a long term business relationship.
Understanding Fabrics
100% Cotton Grade A 32: This is one of the highest grade materials for t-shirts and preferred by fashion brands
worldwide. There are various grades from 120 to 160 gsm, 120gsm would be for a summer t-shirt and 160gsm is
for a thicker winter t-shirt. Cotton fabric is breathable and transmits moisture away from the body and is
absorbent and removes liquid from the skin. protects against from heat in the summer and cold in the winter by
providing thermal insulation as the cotton fabric traps air between the fabric fibers. Rarely causes allergic
reactions. Cotton has a high tensile strength, making it strong, durable and less likely to rip or tear.
TK Poly 100% cotton fabric is relatively soft rebound dropped without shrinking or fading, but poor ventilation, (TC
fabric has better ventilation) and with a disposable cloth. It is very popular with fashion, especially heat transfers
onto the fabric. The reason for this as that it is made with beef poly 100% and the colors will be as good as the
actual image once printed.
TC fabric refers to Tetron Cotton. It is a composition of cotton and polyester, but the polyester yarns in
the fabric are always more than 50 percent of the total combination with cotton. TC fabric is popular because of
its excellent strength and durability wrinkle (crease) resistance and high levels of colorfastness, together with
hygienic characteristics. It’s often used for different types of uniform shirts, corporate identity and heavier work
wear garments.

13. Our Factory Also Distributes Our Stock T-shirts – Become A
Wholesale Buyer:
How It Works!
The minimum order is 250 units for our stock t-shirts. One of our factory representatives will
choose a variety of t-shirts on your behalf. The designs come in a package set of 10. Each of
the sets will have 10 different screens, colors and will be 1 size. (For example, you could
choose large size and in this bulk package you would receive 10 different screens, 10
different colors, but all the same size t-shirt. In one order of 250 t-shirts you can have 40-50
different screens, and all sizes ranging from small to XXXL. Alternatively you could just
choose 2 sizes, although still have 40-50 different screens.
Each month we produce new screens so there is always new screens to offer your
customers. This suits a lot of clients that usually prefer to have variation when they sell. One
of our representatives will be able to assist further if you have any questions. We always
have new stock and the lead time is 2 to 3 days.
We distribute to over 250 clients worldwide and welcome new clients to join our
distribution line. All t-shirts are ironed and placed carefully into a waterproof thick skinned
clear PVC bag, this is then placed into a carton. When you receive the t-shirts they will be
neatly ironed and ready to sell. Our t-shirts are high quality cotton produced in our factory
mill, professional screening and neat, durable stitching.
How We Pick & Pack The T-shirts
Our stock t-shirts sell quickly to ages 10-40 years according to our client feedback. We have
over 50,000 screens in our printing database and regularly manufacture new screen designs,
so when you order the next time you will have different screen t-shirts. One of our English
speaking factory representatives will work closely with you and understand which designs
you prefer. Our representative will help ship the products and make sure all the relevant
paper work is in place for a low cost stress free delivery.

Wholesale: (Pick and pack) payment due upon invoice. Shipping can also be added to the
invoice if we are providing shipping to your business.
Lead time for stock wholesale: 1-3 days to pack and ship the t-shirts
Manufacturing (your own designs) 30% of invoice in advance, balance paid before items are
shipped. Our representative will keep all clients informed during the manufacturing process
and pictures of the t-shirts will be sent to the client before items are packed and once again
when the items are packed ready to ship.
