Prior to the Close of Escrow: When your Buyer/Seller
has a transactional (non-dispute) legal question:
Telephone Consultation
Document Review
Reduced Hourly Rate: Up to a 25% reduction in
attorney fees for all non-covered services.
After the Close of Escrow
Dispute Resolution Services
Mediation Services: A Mediator to resolve any dispute
between Buyers, Sellers or any third party involved in the
transaction. (This benefit satisfies the mediation clause in
your Real Estate contract and can save you and your
clients thousands of dollars.) . (As a Real Estate Agent,
how much is your time worth??? LSOA’s Mediators
will mediate the situation) Once a settlement is reached,
we will prepare a settlement agreement and release.
Telephone Consultation, Document Review, Small
Claims Court Assistances…..
Written Threat of Suit: Up to three (3) letters
Commission Collection: Up to two (2) letters
Mediation Benefit: Provides up to five (5) hours of
payment for a Real Estate Attorney to represent you during
a Mediation.
BRE Defense: Provides up to five (5) hours of
representation by a Real Estate Attorney for an accusation
or filed complaint, including hearing.
Reduced Hourly Rate: Up to a 25% reduction in attorney
fees for all non-covered services.

Why you need to provide Buyer/Seller Risk Management: Article 13:
REALTORS® shall not engage in activities that constitute the unauthorized practice of law and
shall recommend that legal counsel be obtained when the interest of any party to the transaction
requires it.
Services are available prior to the close of escrow… The one-time fee is paid only at the
successful close of escrow. No close No Fee!!!
