Re: Travis Smith
I am pleased to confirm that we have had the pleasure of employing Travis Smith for just over a year from May 2014
to June 2015.
Travis has a perfect attendance record, is always punctual and is very conscientious. He is totally trustworthy, a very
hard worker, capable of working on his own initiative and to a high standard. The work he carried out was incredibly
wide ranging from store control, deliveries, general labouring and construction. Travis proved to have good practical
skills and was able to work to a high standard. There can be no doubt that the work we had available did not
challenge Travis’s potential, but I had identified him for a promotion to a more demanding role if he stayed on the
Island.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Travis as an excellent employee. I am very sorry to see Travis
emigrate but can assure him that there will always be a job for him with Complete Construction Services should he
ever return to the Isle of Man.
