Project 2: Paving the way for PV to the Polish market
Goal: to create a hub of solar expertise that will offer design advice, product knowledge and
technical standards and enable the sector to perform to its highest potential
-Research carried to design most efficient PV systems and technologies
-- 15 small scale ground and roof installations (ca. 100 kW)
-- 8 PV technologies represented (3 generations)
-- 3 energy storage systems (2 lithium, 1 Redox)
- tailor made monitoring system and data processing
8. CET and CET Cluster
SERVICES to develop and market TECHNOLOGIES
- CLUSTERING Businesses (Architects, Technology Providers) and R&D
institutes to promote and introduce low energy building technologies
and microgeneration technologies in Polish market
• TESTING micro-generation technologies incl. solar thermal collectors,
PV modules, heat pumps, biomass boilers, ventilation and heat recovery
systems
• DEVELOPMENT of performance assessment methodologies for
microgeneration technologies and installation services
•PROMOTION and MARKETING through integrated energy designs for
low energy buildings backed by Internet platform and performance data
from the CET’s testing and exhibition facilities
• RENTAL of fully equipped specialized design studios and office spaces
within CET facilities
9. Houses of Clean Energy: CET PRODUCTS – model
designs of low energy buildings as a cluster business vehicle
10. for Polish and EU market entry
• Since 2012, localising (including certification, permitting) and
commercialising energy saving environmental technologies through its
own network of professional agents and installers in EU/Poland
• Representation of several technology providers, e.g. Fluid Dynamics
International Ltd, UK (nonchemical water treatment, descaling)
– 2014 – technology tested and verified at CTE building and with CTE cluster
partners (MZEC Świdnica heating plant and ZGK Siechnice waterworks) by
Technical University Wrocław, 100% funded by EU/PARP, 2 seminars held
– Products recommended by CTE, offered by DCE in low energy building
designs and deliveries by cluster members companies, network of affiliated
architects, accredited installers, and construction companies
